Filthy Liberals

Since you have been sending me emails begging for support, over and over again during the past few months, I thought I'd send you back a letter with a message that I am sure resonates in the hearts of many of your former supporters and liberals and progressives throughout our great nation.

Since the election of President Obama I have watched your behavior closely. To say I was saddened by the wholesale failure of the first two years of President Obama's presidency is an understatement. You had an unprecedented chance, with majorities (not perfect true, but they were majorities) in congress, to make an impact in the future of this country. Instead, Democrats fell apart and acted like they would never be thrown out of office. Instead of striking hard in a unified front you turned to your own pet projects and dissolved into an ineffectual party of oh-so-glad-to-be-on-top. Filibusters - mostly the threat of a filibuster - kowwed you repeatedly. During that first two years you people screwed the pooch so bad that every dog in the USA is now afraid to let a Democrat stand behind them. You showed you wouldn't fight, you couldn't fight effectively, and you showed constant fear and cowardice in the face of the brutal Republican conservative opposition. Did you think it was going to be easy?

During the last three years the Republican party has shown America what they are. They are deeply hate filled racists who are bent on bringing back their president and their policies and will do anything to stop progress toward fixing the huge problems we have in this country. Republicans have shown their cards many, many times. They believe the USA is a business and unprofitable quarters must be slashed. The poor, children, the uninsured and the elderly are "unfunded liabilities" that are on drugs, are lazy, are brainwashed, or are in some other way unworthy of consideration. We have proof that 30 years of Republican and conservative policy ruins a nation. Republicans have all but spat upon some of the basic things that make this nation - freedom to marry the person you love, and the idea of separation of church and state.

Now we are watching the clowns on  the right line up and tell us what they think of the USA. They don't like us. They believe you want to take away their guns. They believe the uninsured should die outside of hospitals. They boo our soldiers. The have outted our spys. The have a fantasy that no taxes on the wealthy and corporations will somehow repair the economy they broke. The claim you hate businesses. They say you can't lead an effective military. The believe that polluting our air and water is the road to success. They belittle the idea of higher education and say the prez is a "snob". The won't even allow basic maintenance to occur on our infrastructure.

This is an election year. Once again I see the brains at the Democratic party lining up to fail once again. The Republicans are dropping golden bullets on a daily basis and the Democratic reaction appears to be inability to locate their guns. Or unwillingness to fight, since they feel a hard fight is somehow unclean, beneath them, dirty. I say BULLSHIT.

You are allowing Republicans to set the tone and the conversation for the fall of this year. If the Democratic brains believe they can wait until late summer to start airing ads touting our Presidents success and show the facts that support them, they will be too late. AGAIN. What are you waiting for? If i'm lost in the woods and come upon a flock of fat little birds on the ground I'm gonna throw as many rocks as I can into the middle of them as fast as I can knowing I'll pick off a couple and others will be injured while they panic and try to defend themselves. These Democrats seem to want to stalk around the fringe with just the right rocks in hand, waiting for the perfect shot so the can get a nice fatty. Or maybe two. But no more and it has to be just right.... what a pack of pussies. As it has in the past, waiting for the perfect moment to release your wonderful logical message on the masses will insure you LOSE this election. The Republicans will already have opinion sewn up by the time you lob your first oh so well selected and researched rock.

So far I have not seen a single ad on television defending the President or attacking the Republican party. I've seen a couple luke warm attempts on the internet, but that's baby stuff. I hear there is an ad, somewhere, but like bigfoot it's mostly just talked about and no real sightings. Do you really think this is going to work?

What the FUCK are you people waiting for? The enemy is embroiled in a bitter fight among their wannabe leaders. NOW is the time to attack the camp. Now is the time to air messages attacking the entire Republican party and what they have done to this country over their disasterous turns at bat. For gods sake stop thinking about it and imagining the perfect moment (which is never going to come anyway) and FIGHT BACK NOW. Don't tell me you haven't got the money in this age of superpacs because I'm not gonna buy it. There is a wealth of messages that can be crafted - toss them into the public fray and start making those regressive faux Nazi Republican pigfuckers panic. Make them address thier record and stop creating a situation where you will be forced, on their terms, to defend YOUR record against lies and propaganda that you will have little chance at overcoming. Every day you Democrats wait is another day you lose momentum and give it to the regressive Republican party. They are masters at the art of lying. They have a propaganda cable news channel that will help. For gods sake start fighting back NOW before it's too late.

Oh, and don't even ask me for any money. Until you show me you are not a bunch of spineless sea jelly cowards who won't take a stand and fight I'm not giving you one damn penny. Show me you'll fight back EFFECTIVELY and I'll have a reason to vote for YOU, not just a reason to vote against THEM.
