A Romney Presidency will usher in a new USA. This is what many people are saying on the right and left, for differing reasons. One reason they have either overlooked (on the left) or have hidden (on the right) is the fact that the philosophy admired and closely followed by Paul Ryan, a philosophy promoted by Ayn Rand, and a philosophy that Mitt Romney agrees with, is the same philosophy as the Church of Satan. It is called Objectivism. Below is a direct quote from the Church Of Satan (.com).
Let me conclude this brief overview by adding that Satanism has far more in common with Objectivism than with any other religion or philosophy. Objectivists endorse reason, selfishness, greed and atheism. Objectivism sees Christianity, Islam and Judaism as anti-human and evil. The writings of Ayn Rand are inspiring and powerful. If the reader has not yet experienced her power, try her novelette Anthem for a taste. You will almost certainly come back for more."
Satanism enthrones the individual as a whole, not reason, as the supreme standard to determine the value of actions (ethics).
Sounds like that "rugged American individuality" and "exceptionalism", eh? Not reason, but the individual is supreme. You can find more here (replace the * with a .com, I did this so the Church of Satan can not get any SEO traffic point from this web site) http://www.churchofsatan*
I'm not writing this to detail Objectivism or fully describe the philosophy. But this is not a joke. This is the real, unvarnished truth. If you are Christian then you know the Ryan/Rand/Romney philosophy is not in alignment with your beliefs (except when they are strip mining said beliefs in order to trick their brain dead Republican followers into voting for them). If you believe otherwise, you are either very naive about your own religion or you are refusing to look closer at these horrific Republican candidates. Ayn Rand, Paul Ryan, and the Republican party revere the accumulation of money (their definition of success) above all things, and it does not matter how you get that money. Period. Therefore there can be nothing morally wrong with any actions that result in the accumulation of money for the individual, including taking money from the poor, the elderly, and denying aid to anyone if they can not profit you in monetary way. This is actually to be admired, because you have created a better place for yourself in the world, and "yourself" is ALL that matters. This is what the Republican party has become.
Look at the Tea Party. Look at white supremacists. Look at Republicans. The milk of human kindness is not something they admire and in fact denigrate it at every opportunity - unless it's free, of course, and flowing in their direction. Don't ask them to sacrifice one penny to help another American citizen - that citizen has lost the game of life and deserves whatever happens to them. This is the Church of Satan. This is Paul Ryan's world view. This is the future of the USA that a Romney/Ryan presidency would usher into being - a USA under Satan.
